The FirmA Top 80, award-winning law firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their office in the West End.

The OpportunityThe successful Legal Secretary will provide support to a number of Senior Associates, Associates and Trainees centrally within the Property Litigation team.

Duties to include:
Taking ownership of, and managing, the workflow from the teamMonitoring and overseeing inboxes on the team's behalfManaging calendars, setting up all meetings and related logisticsPreparing, editing and proofreading all workResponding to tasks promptly and managing deadlinesManaging telephone calls and taking accurate messagesManaging/coordinating billing and compliance processes Ensuring expense claims are submitted in a timely mannerThis Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday
