- Conduct quarterly and annual broker reviews
- Collating all key commercial terms and distribute to brokers annually
- We are seeking an individual that has strong relationship management skills, who are able to demonstrate a proactive and organised approach and work collaboratively with both colleagues and external parties to strengthen communication. They will need good knowledge of commercial issues, understand the Asset Management business and possess generalist knowledge of how the entire trade lifecycle works from Onboarding, through to confirmations, settlements and reconciliations.
- Ensure all broker related data (KPIs and feedback) is both correctly and centrally sourced and stored
- Oversight and management of team email box, used for both internal and external queries
- Ensure the Investment Services and Operations teams are kept up to date on all industry led initiatives, training and regulatory changes
- Manage large scale broker communications related to Schroders projects & initiatives
- Ascertain all risks, record and escalate where appropriate
- Relationship management experience
- Experience in Financial services industry essential
- Experience of using Power BI
- Focused on continuous improvement, quality and delivery
