Location-**Horsham, RH12 4AL
Salary-**£28,000 (rising to £30,000 after probation period) plus Veolia benefits
Hours -**40 hours per week
4 on 4 off shift pattern of 2 days and 2 nights, 7 rotations of these followed by 18 days scheduled holiday.

You will be based at the head office of Veolia CHP (Combined Head & Power).
The Operational Performance Centre Desk remotely monitors, controls and reports on a fleet of over 400 CHP units installed on our customer's sites.
What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for being first in line to investigate faults on our combined heat and power generators remotely from our office in horsham.
- Completing scheduled and adhoc reporting
- Speaking to engineers and customers, maintaining a high level of service.
- Using Excel, Access and other BI tools to assess asset performance
What are we looking for?
- Previous data analyst experience in a similar role
- Mechanical engineering knowledge
- Excel intermediate level
- Vertical Lookups, sorting, gathering, analysis
- High level of customer service experience
