    Outsourcing ManagerPermanent, Full-timeGlasgow, Hybrid Meraki Talent supports a highly regarded financial services firm by appointing an Outsourcing Manager. This permanent, full-time opportunity is based in Glasgow and offers an excellent base salary and flexible working.

    This is an ideal role for an experienced Outsourcing Manager looking for a step up in their career within a supportive inclusive environment.

    The primary focus of this position is to ensure that outsourced administration activities are conducted in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.


    The successful candidate will:


    Ensure outsourced administration activities align with contractual and regulatory expectationsManage the team, fostering positive relationships with outsourced partnersReview and analyse management information whilst identifying trends and preparing documents to present the outsourcing committeeAssessing existing processes and proposing improvements Skills 5+ years experience within financial services with at least 2 years managing outsourced service providers (this is essential)In-depth knowledge of working outsourced operations environmentStrong leadership skillsDrive for continuous improvementAnalytical focusIf you meet the above criteria and would like to find out more information.
