    Job Title: IT Recruitment Consultant

    Job Description:

    As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Your role will involve:

    • Conducting thorough candidate searches using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with IT professionals to establish a talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.
    • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
    • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the IT recruitment landscape.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in IT recruitment.
    • Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented approach.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
    • Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR) is a plus.

    Salary Range:

    The salary range for this position is £30,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. In addition to the base salary, the role may offer performance-based incentives and benefits such as bonuses, healthcare, and professional development opportunities.
