SEND are searching for a Head of Education for a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school on the outskirts of Christchurch.
As the Head Education, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the future of .We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to guide this SEND school and drive their mission of excellence in special education.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and support for students with SEND.
Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification of educational services.
Community Engagement:
Foster positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and other stakeholders to enhance the reputation and effectiveness of our schools.
Act as an ambassador for SEND education, advocating for the needs and rights of students with disabilities.Provide strategic guidance and support to school leaders and staff.
Minimum of a decade of Executive Headship experience, preferably in the field of education with relevant qualifications.
A genuine passion for SEND education and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.
