    About the role

    The Inclusion Team are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion Coordinator to join their team. This is a fast paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with learners, curriculum and the Local Authority to ensure appropriate learning support is in place to enable learners with additional learning needs to meet their full potential.

    Other duties will include:

    • Reviewing Learners EHCP's and liaising with external stake holders.
    • Overseeing ALS in subject specific areas in line with targets set on EHCP's.
    • Collaborative working with curriculum to implement support strategies and assessments.
    • Line management responsibility of Learning Support Advisors

    About the person

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. They will also have experience of working with young people with SEN and an understanding of the EHCP requirements and expectations.

    The ideal candidate will be qualified to A Level Standard, or equivalent with a minimum of 5 GCSEs and hold a Certificate in Education/PGCE.
