    Description

    We are currently working with a specialized company focused on new housing projects, looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

    As the Site Manager, you'll be in charge of:

    • Supervising the development to ensure the construction progresses according to the set budgets and forecasts
    • Managing all site personnel and subcontractors, such as laborers, groundworkers, and contractors, overseeing their compliance with Health and Safety standards
    • Coordinating with management, clients, and local authorities for a seamless project delivery
    • Ordering materials promptly to meet the construction schedule
    • Conducting necessary NHBC inspections
    • Inspecting properties before handing them over to customers, following customer care procedures
    • Addressing any customer care issues promptly
    • Fostering a culture of safety, progress, quality, and innovation on-site

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on large-scale new housing projects
    • Profound knowledge of supervising labor-focused groundworkers and contractors
    • Solid grasp of construction techniques, materials, and industry standards
    • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
    • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
    • Strong attention to detail and adept at handling multiple projects concurrently
    • Familiarity with site management tools and Microsoft Office
    • Possession of a valid CSCS card and NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
