    F inancial P lanning & A nalysis Manager (FP&A - Ecommerce) , HOKA

    As t he Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for all planning and analysis relating to the e-Commerce channel, as well as the provision for supporting HOKA marketing and reporting for all Deckers brands and channels across EMEA .

    You will highlight areas of risk and opportunity and communicate these to the Head of FP&A, to challenge key stakeholders to drive brand objectives .

    The ideal candidate is adaptable to interact with all areas of the business, and have great analytical skills to interpret and manipulate pure financial information into insightful analysis.

    Support the e-Commerce and Marketing teams
    Challenge and critique stakeholder plans/forecasts by use of commercial awareness and historic data/trends
    Report on business performance through Brand reporting packs
    ~ You are analytical and can interpret and present non-financial information effectively
    You have a high standard of accuracy with statistical data

    Full y qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
    Proficiency in Microsoft applications, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
