    Our field based engineers are dedicated to install and rectify technical faults with smart meters, in commercial and domestic properties.

    You will monitor engineer audits and provide feedback to line managers and third-party contractors.
    ensure engineer complaints are sent to relevant managers and resolved in a timely manner;
    produce reports on engineer performance.
