    Are you a Quality Manager who enjoys being hands-on the shop floor making tangible day-to-day improvements to manufacturing standards? Our client based in South Yorkshire are an industry leading ISO9001 approved OEM who are seeking to appoint a Quality Manager to oversee their growing quality department.

    Quality Manager – Role and Responsibilities – ISO9001, Lean, Suppliers, Continuous Improvement
    – Day to day management of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001
    – Continually improve effectiveness of the Quality Management system through performance measures and metric management
    – Engage with maintenance, production, design and quality departments at shop floor level to improve skills and lead cultural change
    – Write and deliver training programmes aimed at improving manufacturing processes and improving quality throughout the Group
    – Project Manage capital investment projects
    – The successful Quality Manager will be confident and articulate and have previous experience of leading audits. It is essential you have worked with ISO9001 in a previous quality role.
    Quality Manager – Experience and Skills – Technical Manager
    – Good understanding of lean manufacturing, six sigma and continuous improvement implementation
    – Experience of supplier quality development
    – Previous experience of writing and delivering training in one-to-one and group scenarios would be beneficial
