    Create and manage all product and/or program related training documents and educational tools from program planning to execution


    • Develop the strategy for the effective launch, management and execution of existing programs, related trainings and projects intended to maximize product/procedural outcomes
    • virtual symposiums, digital app) for local/region size and scope that support the strategy and access new training methodologies as incorporated into product launches as appropriate
    • Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs through post-meeting survey instruments, PSR, clinical field feedback and KOL review and develop plan to address concerns

    • Bachelor's Degree 8 years experience of previously related to working in sales, marketing, clinical or healthcare industry Required Master's Degree with 6 years experience with relevant experience
    Proven successful organizational and project management skills


    • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning
    • Extensive knowledge of regulatory and AdvaMed requirements
    • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
    • Must be able to work effectively within a specific area with cross-functional team, marketing peers and leaders and managing needs and messaging to upper management
    • Maintain a strong relationship with the regional sales team, clinical specialists, and training to ensure effective and optimal integration of efforts.
