    Forbes Marketplace is looking for a Paid Search manager to join the Forbes Marketplace Performance Marketing team with a focus on supporting one of Forbes business verticals.

    Proven account management is essential to be successful in this role. The position, reporting into the SEM Lead, will help Forbes Marketplace performance marketing across paid search.

    The ideal candidate for this role will possess a unique blend of managerial skills, ability to delegate responsibilities to junior members of the team, while also demonstrating a hands-on approach, eagerly diving into the details to personally contribute to the success of our paid search initiatives.

    Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google and Microsoft ads.

    Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.

    Provide creative copy suggestions
    Identify and respond to PPC ad issues

    Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other areas of paid search to deliver performance goals.

    Keep up to date with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
    Utilize data driven analysis insights, identify opportunities, making recommendations for performance optimisations.

    Directly manage one or more search specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback through regular one on one meetings and formal reviews.

    Passion for Search and digital marketing.
    Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
    Proven 3+years' experience in PPC/SEM working on Google and Microsoft ads.
    Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

    Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts.
