Description

We are recruiting for a Facilities CoordinatorManaging the Goods Bay office and ensuring that all site facilities are running smoothly, ensuring high standards across the site at all times.
Supporting the Reception – Including answering SwitchboardSupporting Courier delivery – in and out services
Ensuring cost effective delivery of all services to the client.
Providing cover to the wider Facilities management team when required including covering Mail Room Duties
Transportation of items to the client within the building.
Support any reasonable requirements to meet business needs/Prioritize when required.
Ensuring the office is maintained, damages are reported to the Facility Manager
Check facilities related stock is replenished.
Providing administrative support to the department, as required, including finance tasks and reports.
Able to multitask and be flexible in executing required tasks.
