    We are looking for a Digital User Experience Lead to join our BSI team.

    The User Experience (UX) Practice covers the development and improvement of client-centric journeys across BSI's Group digital properties, ensuring that the experiences are optimised for delivery across channels and meet relevant KPIs.

    The Digital User Experience Lead will act as the bridge between our external agency and internal teams, to implement and translate the digital brand into the key user experiences for the marketing ecosystem.

    Also, as a Digital User Experience Lead, you will be working with stakeholders under the guidance of the Head of User Experience to support and advocate the redesign of the brand and how it delivers to BSIs clients by applying user-centric methodologies

    Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
    Interpret data and qualitative feedback
    Conduct usability testing and usability acceptance testing
    User experience expert with a history of identifying and driving improvements across multichannel client journeys.
    Extensive experience in digital experience design, and relevant tools, in global organisations
    Exposure to emerging best practice tools and methodologies for User Experience and Digital
    Voice of client implementation
    Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
    User research and usability testing
    Information architecture analysis and recommendations
    Digital visual design best practices
    Third-party and agency resource management
    Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
