    QA Lead

    We're Rippl and we're not your typical engagement software company.

    With over two decades of experience, we're dedicated to unleashing the brilliance behind the brand through our streamlined Recognition, Reward, Benefits, and Incentives platform.

    With recent significant business wins, we're on the lookout for a QA Lead.

    We are seeking an experienced QA to join our technology department and take the lead on QA strategy in Rippl's software and its processes.

    We are seeking someone who can set and implement an appropriate QA strategy from feature and automation testing, through to automated testing and deployment.

    You must also be comfortable integrating this strategy into our Azure DevOps and deployment processes.
    Your role will be to blend strategic thinking with hands-on QA.

    Working directly with the development team, you will have a significant impact improving the quality output of Rippl's software platform.


    QA strategy:

    Develop, implement, and manage the QA test strategies for Rippl's software applications and supervise the end-to-end testing procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.

    Software and automation Testing : Create and maintain testing processes to ensure the quality of software, software releases and processes.


    Deployment and Devops:
    Manage continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, orchestrate and automate deployments using various DevOps tools.

    Maintain software quality:

    Collaborate closely with development and operation teams, project managers, and stakeholders to identify and document software defects and ensure correct functionalities are deployed correctly in appropriate environments.


    QA methodologies:

    including DevOps principles, with the ability to design and implement testing strategies, automate processes, and ensure quality standards in CI/CD pipelines.


    CI/CD:

    Skilled in CI/CD using infrastructure monitoring tools to manage containerized applications, detect issues early, and ensure consistent deployment practices across various platform types.

    in various forms of testing: such as regression, performance, and security, while using QA strategies to replicate real-world scenarios and identify bugs before software release.

    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analyses, manage testing efforts across multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines.


    deployment experience:

    It would be beneficial to have experience in containerisation and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes for deployment, and leveraging cloud platforms for creating diverse testing environments.

    Azure, Azure DevOps, .net, C#, SQL, Angular ,
    We are moving to React/React Native so this experience would be desirable.
