    The Financial CrimeQuality Assurance Team Leader is responsible to implement an effective Quality Assurance Framework within the Financial Crime Compliance team to ensure operational risks and controls are being managed appropriately in a proactive, risk based and disciplined manner to meet regulatory and internal requirements.

    As well as leading the team, the QA team-lead will be performing the QA reviews of the KYC files and Transaction Monitoring Alerts.

    Managing a team of QA Analysts whose duties are to:

    Perform Quality Assurance reviews of KYC files and TM alerts to determine if the review was conducted in accordance with the quality standards and timeframes set by established procedures and regulatory requirements.

    Ensures client data, business activity & narrative, products, screening alerts, documents, extension/exemptions and other such determinations are appropriate, fully supported, and clearly documented.

    Each file review is finalised by completing a QA Checklist

    Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the various systems used for performing and documenting KYC
    Communicate concerns with the KYC team leads.
    Ensure that the issues raised are remediated to an adequate standard, or the Client's account is closed.
    Requires close working relationships with KYC and MLRO business partners.

    Stay abreast of developments concerning AML/ Sanctions including internal policy, standards, onboarding process and system changes and work with management to ensure the bank remains in compliance.

    Identify trends and trains the KYC team on the areas of concern

    A minimum of 5 years of investigative or Assurance work experience with specific emphasis on AML preferably in KYC and / or Transaction Monitoring.

    Kvalitātes nodrošināšanas (QA) komandas vadītājs ir atbildīgs par efektīvas kvalitātes nodrošināšanas sistēmas ieviešanu finanšu noziegumu apkarošanas komandā (FCC), lai nodrošinātu, ka darbības riski un kontroles izpildītu normatīvās un iekšējās prasības, kā arī tiek atbilstoši pārvaldītas risku balstītā un disciplinētā veidā.

    Kvalitātes nodrošināšanas (QA) komandas vadītājs ne tikai vadīs komandu, bet arī veiks kvalitātes kontroli KYC failiem un darījumu uzraudzības brīdinājumiem.

    Vadīt QA analītiķu komandu, kuras pienākumi ir:

    Veikt kvalitātes kontroli KYC failiem un TM brīdinājumiem, lai noteiktu, vai pārskati tiek sagatavoti saskaņā ar kvalitātes standartiem un termiņiem, kas atbilst noteiktajām procedūrām un normatīvajām prasībām.

    Pārskatīt katru failu, aizpildot kvalitātes nodrošināšanas (QA) kontrolsarakstu.

    Demonstrēt detalizētu izpratni par dažādām sistēmām, kas tiek izmantotas KYC veikšanai un dokumentēšanai.
    Ziņot par saviem novērojumiem un bažām KYC komandas vadītājiem.
    Cieša komunikācija ar KYC un MLRO biznesa partneriem.

    Sekot līdzi notikumiem un izmaiņām saistībā ar AML/Sankcijām, tostarp iekšējo politiku, standartiem, ieviešanas procesu un sistēmas izmaiņām, un strādāt ar vadību, lai nodrošinātu atbilstību.

    Identificē tendences un apmācīt KYC komandu par problemātiskajām jomām.

    Vismaz 5 gadu pieredze izmeklēšanas vai kvalitātes nodrošināšanas pieredze ar uzsvaru AML, vēlams, KYC un/vai darījumu uzraudzībā.
