    Catering Manager
    40 hours per week , Term time only + 3 weeks
    We are seeking to appoint a Catering Manager and the main areas of responsibility of this post will include:
    Ability to oversee HACCAP procedures within the kitchen
    Strong understanding of food profit margins, per portion cost, working towards a monthly profit margin
    To maintain and strengthen where required team training in all aspects of food safety/ allergen training/manual handling/new starters
    To monitor food quality on delivery days, to maintain quality standard of purchased food.
    Computer literate ie excel / word / email
    A term time role which means you will be off up to 12 weeks per year including 2 weeks at Christmas

    Pupils are in college for 38 weeks per year, you will be paid for 41 weeks to provide extra time for working evening events and school holiday times to place orders, update menus and price lists.
