    Finance Assistant – Belfast
    Full-time, 12-month Fixed-Term Contract Opportunity, Hybrid Working

    Reed Accountancy is partnered with a fantastic company in Belfast in the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary (12-month), and hybrid basis.

    The Finance Assistant roles will support the Finance department with the preparation of month end and year end financial accounts.

    They will be required to work on multiple administrative and accounting tasks in their areas of responsibility, such as general ledger activities, sales, purchases, procurement administration and cash management.

    Processing invoices and credit notes
    Updating computerised accounting systems
    Reconciliations of purchase ledger/ sales ledger
    Ensure adherence to and compliance with all GDPR/Data Protection related policies and procedures.

    A minimum of 1 year's previous experience working in a similar role within a Finance environment, or 1 years' experience in a process-orientated administration role which required high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    Previous experience using accounting software.
