Education Personnel are looking for a Cover Supervisor to support our secondary school in Nottinghamshire. The role is full-time and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our school.
The School
Located in the North Nottinghamshire area, our esteemed school is well-regarded in the locality. We are currently looking for a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join our team. The school boasts a modernized site with excellent facilities and a supportive community. With ongoing plans for improvement, we offer a positive environment for both students and staff.

General duties of the Cover Supervisor will be:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed by students.
Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Providing support to students as needed.
Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

Supervise and manage students in the absence of regular teachers.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student engagement.
Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in students' education.
Provide support to students in their learning activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
A willingness to follow and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans.
A genuine interest in contributing to students' educational development.

Experience:
