- Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and address any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in managing project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
