    REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER HAMPSHIRE £39,250 (Including London Weighting Allowance)

    A rapidly expanding organisation is looking for a commercially aware, focused, diplomatic and strong Regional Operations Manager. Responsible for the business results of a geographical area including the day-to-day management of people, operations and assets.

    Area delivery plans to deliver against agreed targetsand respond to the competitive environment, actively developing the business through effective marketingengage with the team to communicate updates, client feedback, community activities, policy compliance, changes in processes and branch/ area performance.branches are fully operational and all resources are utilised effectively to meet both client and business needsand guide others on how relevant legislation and regulation applies to their role and the industryeffective site visits, to work in line with quality assuranceregular meetings with the team to promote team building and a positive cultureseek out ways in which the business can be developed and work with the Regional Development Director to find ways to implement initiatives.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEEDTo be considered for the role of Regional Operations Manager, you must have:

    of managing profit and loss for an area of the businessrecord of developing and growing a multi-site businessPeople Manager, passionate about coaching and developmentmanagement experience in a client/customer focused environment, i.e., Health and Social Care, Retail, the Service Sector Microsoft Office applicationsUK driving licencediplomatic, and resilientdecision-making and problem solving skillsHOW TO APPLYDoes this sound like you?
