About the Role:
As the Head of Philanthropy, you'll be tasked with developing and executing strategies to achieve targets, nurture donor relationships, and attract new supporters. Take the lead in cultivating, seeking funds, and guiding your prospect portfolio to secure funding for the charity's key initiatives.

If you have a proven track record of meeting income targets in fundraising or a related results-driven setting, coupled with an innovative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and budget/events management experience, you'll excel in this role. Succeed by implementing the major donor engagement strategy, engaging with your prospect portfolio, and nurturing major donor relationships via face-to-face interactions.
