    We are seeking a skilled IT Process and Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team, with a dedicated emphasis on LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.

    Working closely with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will encompass dissecting processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and championing the implementation of best practices across our IT projects.

    Experience of delivering Operational Excellence/ Continuous Improvement with data analysis and colleague engagement to drive tangible results.
    People management and project leadership skills, and ability to motivate employees in a high pressurised environment.
    Lead previous new client onboardings/ large Project implementation.
    Conducting Root Cause Analysis to identify the underlying reasons for problems or events.
    Performing Causal Analysis to determine the cause-and-effect relationships between different factors.

    Contribute to the development of a sustainable Continuous Improvement culture through building capability with the teams you work in and with.

    Proven experience in IT process improvement and quality assurance.
    Problem Analysis (5 Why's, Fishbone Analysis).
    Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
