    Команда 31 Group в пошуку досвідченного маркетолога, який зможе побудувати напрямок Маркетингу та Піару в 31 Group для досягнення цілей наших соціальних проєктів. Зараз це краудфандингова платформа Моє Місто , проєкт з прилаштування та допомоги тваринам GladPet та фандрейзингова платформа Доповідай .
    Твої скіли:
    Досвід роботи в сфері інфлюентс маркетингу, діджитал маркетингу та піару від 3-ох років.
    Досвід керування командою від 1 року.
    Досвід організації і проведення колаборацій з брендами, інфлюентсерами, лідерами думок. Обов'язкова наявність успішних кейсів.
    Досвід роботи в громадських або волонтерських організаціях вітається.
    Сильні аналітичні навички.
    Відмінні управлінські та комунікаційні навички.
    Здатність своєчастно ідентифікувати нові можливості та втілювати їх в життя.
    Системність та структурність мислення.
    Вміння самостійно управляти власним ресурсом та пріоритезувати завдання.
    Команда чекає від тебе: 1. Побудова та розвиток напрямку Marketing&PR в 31 Group.
    2. Розробка та реалізація маркетингових стратегій, спрямованих на:
    2.1. Залучення та утримання донейтерів для соціальних та мілітарі проєктів.
    2.2. Збільшення адопції (прилаштування тваринок) та ветеринарних консультацій, стерелізацій.
    2.3. Залучення бізнесу для допомоги проєктам та досягненню їх цілей.
    2.4. Створення бюджетів та планів по реалізації маркетингових стратегій. Регулярний трекінг ефективності.
    3. Цифровий маркетинг:
    3.1. Робота з тергетованою та контекстною рекламами, PPC, оптимізація, контроль бюджетів.
    3.2. Аналітика сайтів, проєктів, маркетингових кампанії, тощо. Формування звітності про результати та впровадження змін задля їх покращення.
    4. Збір і аналіз інформації щодо цільової аудиторії проєктів. Робота з цими данними для досягнення наших цілей.
    5. Участь у запуску нових проєктів та продуктів, їх просування на ринку за допомогою інструментів інфлюєнс-маркетингу, піар та спільній роботі з SMM.
    6. Бренд-менеджмент:
    6.1. Управління і розвиток брендами (проєктами) 31 group.
    6.2. Впровадження стратегій брендів в усі аспекти маркетингу та комунікацій.

    Гнучкий графік роботи з можливістю починати робочий день із 8:00 до 10:00, та завершувати з 17:00 до 19:00.
    Можливість працювати повністю віддалено або в офісі (Одеса, Київ, Харків та Черкаси). Офіси автономні на випадок відключення світла.
