With an OTE of up to £60,000, your hard work and success will be well rewarded.About the ClientOur client is a leading business coaching and advisory company, renowned for their comprehensive approach to business growth and development. They are dedicated to helping businesses overcome challenges and achieve sustainable success through bespoke coaching programs and expert advice. With a strong reputation in the industry, they offer a supportive and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.Working HoursFull-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while covering the Central Midlands area.Key Duties

    • Generating appointments through sales activities, including follow-ups after sending letter mailings, attending networking events, and making in-person visits to business premises.
    • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of prospects and clients.
    • Nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
    • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
    • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Collaborating with the coaching team to ensure client satisfaction and success.
    • Attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
    • Engaging in face-to-face interactions with business owners to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
    Key Requirements
    • Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
    • Experience working with business owners, such as recruitment consultants or commercial brokers.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate leads through networking and face-to-face interactions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
