- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to conducting interviews. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, and performance reviews.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support decision-making. Prepare regular reports for management on key HR indicators.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable. What We Offer:
