    Hourly Rate - £18.We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Site Manager at our client's premises. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, & wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do, if this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you

    Learning and Support will be a mixture of on-the-job training, tool box talks and discussions with your line Manager about opportunities within the business.

    You'll be inducted at the start of your contract and Atlas will train you within your first week of work.

    You'll learn how to deliver the cleaning specification, and understand what Atlas require of you as the cleaning site manager at our client's site.

    To deliver strategies to reduce staff turnover to include induction programme, training, feedback, performance management andpersonal coaching.
    To oversee the site-based training matrix for all personal to ensure training is delivered

    Ensure activities are undertaken in line with quality management, health & safety, legal requirements, environmental policies and dutyof care.

    Providing a high standard of customer care.
    Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all time.

    We're hoping to recruit a person who is compassionate toward people: quick on the draw when it comes to hygienic safety in busy environments and have experience in people management.

    Able to accurately record data
    Strong team working ethic and flexible approach
    Health & Safety awareness/training
    Strong customer service skills
