    Description
    We are looking for someone who can supervise the operations and the office. Ideally with sales experience . Some construction knowledge would be an advantage.

    This person will be responsible for ensuring that customers enquiries are answered in a timely manner , orders are processed correctly, details are logged onto CRM efficiently, and showrooms appointments are scheduled.

    There is no cold calling involved and researching for leads, as we have a lot of incoming inquiries, which need to be managed accordingly and engaged with, therefore a person with a sales background is essential.

    We would like for this person to have an attention to details , and ability to prioritise the tasks, worked on unsupervised basis.

    The person will have two assistants to manage and will be supported by them .

    The role is ideal for someone who is hungry for success and can manage the workload , in a fast growing company.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Responsible for management of Operations Assistant (s) ;??

    Address customer inquiries, in a timely and professional manner . Responsible for managing & maintaining effective communication with Valeanto customers [this also includes enquiries via social media platforms];

    Responsible for managing sales enquiries and providing weekly reports for CEO on the sales pipeline.

    In terms of sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Attend weekly meetings with Senior Management.

    Responsible for running the office on a daily basis

    Responsible for managing the showroom appointments.

    Managing door installations.

    Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our doors and their features.

    Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
