    Description

    We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sixth form to join our team.

    In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for leading and managing all elements of educational provision for students in the Sixth Form
  • Maintain high standards of student achievement, personal development and wellbeing
  • Be responsible for supporting, holding accountable and developing a team of tutors, focusing on high standards of social, personal and academic development of students
  • Be a key senior presence within the academy community and play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of post-16 provision, development, and culture
  • Work closely with the Senior Team and Faculty Leaders, as well as being part of a large inclusion team to build outstanding provisionAbout us
