    Description
    Our vision is to digitize the global commodities trading industry. VAKT has built a platform underpinned by Blockchain that is disrupting the commodities markets. We are a uniquely placed start-up, backed and well-funded by a consortium of Oil Majors (inc. BP, Shell, Chevron), Banks (Société Générale, ING) and Trading Houses (Gunvor, Mercuria).

    The Business Development and Growth Manager has important duties and responsibilities to fulfil, with both short and long-term goals to achieve, and be responsible to increase sales leads and identify ways VAKT can expand and grow its revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Find and retain new clients to increase revenue and business growth;
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field;
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
    • Experience selling enterprise trading software;
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
    • Experience in enterprise trading new business sales;
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
