    Role: Finance Manager PE backedHospitalityBusiness

    Location:Central London

    The Role: Thisopportunity is working for a PE backed hospitality business with awellpositioned brand and loyal customer base. This business isgoing through some extraordinary growth and is planning on openingmultiple new sites across the UK with further plans to expand intoEurope. They are hiring for an exciting Finance Manager opportunityreporting directly to the Finance Director. This person would beplaying a pivotal role to drive operational excellence and providestrategic counsel to the business leadership team. The idealcandidate will be handson commercially minded and eager to make animpact by optimising financial reporting strengthening controls andimproving processes throughout the organisation. Furthermore thisrole will evolve and become a conduit between the business and thefinance team where you will spend significant time establishingrelationships and providing support to senior management. You willidentifying new ways to communicate performance and providingfinancial planning and commercial analytical support.     RoleResponsibilities:

    • Providinganalytical reviews and commentaries of the monthly managementaccounts against budget forecast and comparativeperiods
    • Ensuring timely completion of dailyweekly and month end reporting process for all operatingsites
    • Review of balance sheet reconciliationsand resolution on a monthly basis
    • Presentingfinancial results at monthly meetings to operations and the seniorleadership team and helping strategise any required performanceimprovements
    • Produce Investment appraisals fornew site developments and other capitalprojects
    • Managing the external audit processand preparation of statutory accounts
    • Identifyand implementing financial process and systemimprovements
    • Cash flowforecasting
    • Assisting with the annual budgetand quarterly reforecasts
    • Delivering thequarterly VAT returns and other filingrequirements

    CandidateRequirements:

    • ACA/ACCA/CIMAqualified professional
    • Experience workingwithin hospitality/multisite business
    • Anexcellent communicator with the ability to tell a story and gobeyond the analysis
    • Experience working withnonfinance staff and ability to explain financial data tothem
    • Has experience of projectaccounting
