    Job Description

    We are currently seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer to join a dynamic team within a leading insurance company. You will be contributing to the enhancement of the digital customer journey through active engagement, rewards, and retention strategies.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding and mapping out how customers interact with digital platforms, focussing on onboarding, points, rewards, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with delivery teams on projects ranging from launching new rewards to integrating these initiatives with both front-end and back-end systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage actively in the customer journey, analysing and improving customer interaction with digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with delivery teams to develop and launch new rewards, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and partner platforms.
    • Contribute to the migration of systems to a microservice architecture, creating smaller, more focused components.
    • Participate in the transition to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), aiding in the adoption of new terminologies and work breakdown structures.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working in a software development or engineering environment.
    • Experience in SAFe
    • Demonstrated experience in managing requirements for digital platforms or similar fields.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with an emphasis on understanding inputs, outputs, and API integrations.
    • Ability to work in a fluid environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a setting that is both challenging and rewarding.
    • Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn about microservice architecture and legacy system integration.
