    You will be responsible for a technical team, overseeing the development of components within the Skywaves project (embedded with the aircraft client, mixed with ground session management, or cloud-based including client portal, real-time monitoring tools...).

    It's important to note that the assigned team may be located across multiple sites with different time zones (France, abroad, full remote).

    We provide excellent training opportunities and exposure to the latest technology stack. Ensuring the application of established work methods with the CTO (Daily, Retro, Demo...) and VP of Engineering
    # Team animation and team-building activities
    # Monitor team performance (velocity & productivity)
    # Ensure the quality of deliverables produced by the team
    # Monitor Level 2 Maintenance and Support requests within the team's scope
    # The international dimension is significant, and you may occasionally travel abroad.
    # You should have a good level of business English to engage in discussions with partners or clients independently.
    # You will have regular telephone and email communications with the company's clients and partners.

    With a BAC +3 / +5 degree, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical project manager.

    # Previous experience in running a DevOps Team or as a senior developer will be highly preferable.
    # Mastery of management, especially in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
    # Knowledge of web environments (Symfony, php, HTML, Javascript).
    # Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu).
    # Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS).
    # English:
    Very proficient level, including phone conversations and leading meetings (CEFR C1 / TOEFL iBT 95).
