    Manage the Tender Listand the project folders.
    Issue and manage requests for quotation from Civil and specialist contractors.
    Attend Murphy offices as and when required, must be happy to travel when needed.
    Must have experience in Bid Writing within the Utility, Energy / Construction sectors.
    Have strong inter-personal and relationship building skills
    Ability to write about complicated and technical issues in plain English
    Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access and / or electronic document management systems
