    Description

    New 9-12 month maternity cover opportunity to join a global Human Resources team as a dedicated HR Business Partner.

    You will have the opportunity to influence and shape the employee experience within a dynamic financial services sector that spans the London Market and Asia Pacific.

    This HRBP position will play a crucial role in harmonising the company's people agenda, collaborating with a global team. This position demands a proactive individual who can foster robust business relationships, provide strategic HR guidance, and support business leaders in crafting and executing their people plans. The role covers talent development, succession planning, resource forecasting, and managing complex employee relations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving diversity and inclusion efforts, enhancing internal mobility, and leading global initiatives including M&A.

    • Build and maintain strong business relationships across assigned business unit circa
    • Work with leadership to develop robust resource and succession plans
    • Partner with the Talent team to support the Talent Cycle including performance and talent calibration activity, skills analysis exercises and team reviews
    • Partner with Finance team with headcount forecasting and budget process
    • Work in collaboration with Recruitment Business Partners, the RPO team and hiring managers to recruit exceptional and diverse talent
    • Supports the company's and divisions' diversity and inclusion efforts and support employee networks
    • Support the annual reward cycle
    • Manage complex employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, stress and mental health, redundancies and dismissals
    • Work in collaboration with the wider global HR business partnership team, fostering strong relationships and a global mind-set, contributing to complex HR projects cross-functionally
    • With the support of the HR Advisors, manage day to day employee lifecycle activities
    • Possible line management duties

    You must have proven experience as a business partner working closely with COE's to ensure exemplary HR support, a comprehensive understanding of UK employment law, and ability to manage international HR issues. The candidate should be well-versed in complex ER and adept at navigating reward compensation plans. Exceptional communication skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the capacity to work autonomously are paramount. Experience within financia services experience is highly desirable.
