    Description
    We are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager for an SME contract fit-out business based in Bristol.

    As Contracts Manager will be responsible for smooth running of projects contractually, liaising with both the on site team/operation and the client ensuring the project runs on time and to budget.

    You will hold full accountability of organising staff and contractors and full delivery of projects.

    Define the scope of projects in collaboration with sales team, creating detailed work plans - ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

    Recruit all necessary staff and sub-contractors with appropriate skills necessary to carry out the project activities.

    Ensure all Health and Safety aspects of the project are implemented and followed including the compilation of all relevant document.

    Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

    Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff within the business on the progress of the project, prepare progress reports for senior management.

    Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
    Provide progress reports on the project for senior management.
    Monitor all budgeted project expenditures.
    Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to finance management on a regular basis.
    Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.
    Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.

    Office hours:
    Monday to Friday 07.Proven and demonstrable evidence of exemplary track record in project and operations management
    ~5 years working at a senior level as a Contracts Manager within the commercial Fit-out sector
    ~ Proficient use of Microsoft programmes such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
    ~ Flexibility to travel to client sites as and when needed - nationally.
