What will you be doing?

Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service department
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues
Utilize your mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
Handle cash/card transactions and maintain accurate records of payments

Hours & Salary:

Monday to Friday

09.00am pm

Saturdays - Required to work 1 in 5 Saturdays (Back in Lieu)

07:00am - 13:00pm

Salary from £27,000 - £30,000 per annum plus company bonus

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have:

A positive can-do attitude
The ability to produce work to a very high standard
A team player mentality
An awareness of Health and Safety procedures/policies
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting
Strong upselling skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value of additional services or products
Solid mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining financial records
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
