- Provide day-to-day coaching to the regional and site leadership teams on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; Change agent - building capacity to embrace and capitalise on change initiatives, focussing on company values and behaviours, creating high-performing teams, streamlining processes and automation.
- Lead and support implementation of
HRstrategic initiatives ensuring they are aligned to the business goals and underpin the company strategy. - Support recruitment and selection by liaising with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely manner with high-calibre candidates.
- Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans which drive engagement including an annual staff engagement survey.
