My client is a leading Utility Services Consultancy, providing contracts nationwide and several value-added services for their clients. Their Tenant Rebilling service is carried out by their sister company, which is part of the Group of companies. They are seeking an energetic and dynamic person to join their team of experienced account managers.
You will have autonomy in your role but be expected to develop established customers relationships and maximise revenue streams through cross-selling and up-selling our additional services.
As new accounts enter the world, you may also be expected to nurture the growth and establish these customers by providing the best customer experience possible.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new accountsIdentify and generate account growth by the introduction of new services from their portfolio
Manage customer projects for their services whether it is installation of new meters or delivery of energy assessment reports in a timely and professional manner
Previous experience of account management ideally from the energy or utilities market (although not essential)
Experience and proven track record of growing accounts
Strong commercial knowledge
Sales acumen
Strong people management skills including a consultative and persuasive approach
Strong numeracy, Excel and bespoke business systems skills,
