The purpose of this role will be to develop the best possible customer journey for our user base when engaging with our IT Service.
This will include managing the daily operations of the 2nd line team including the individual management and leadership of them.
You will actively develop relationships with the business to better enable it and to own and drive forward all Desktop involved IT transformation initiatives.
Owning, leading and supporting service change activities will be an exciting part of the role where ownership and empowerment will be reliably encouraged and supported.

Ongoing Performance & Continuous Service Improvement - Responsible for representing the 2nd line teams within cross-functional teams. ITSM Understanding and supporting the cross-functional needs for ITSM across people, process and technology
Proven experience within a Service Desk Manager, EUC Manager, Desktop Manager or significant Team Leader experience
Demonstrable working knowledge around ITIL (v3 or v4), ideally certifications
Experience using and supporting the improvement of ITSM tools
Excellent and demonstrable management knowledge around modern desktop operations, extending into EUC including but not limited to Endpoint Manager, SCCM and JAMF
