- Assist in managing technical projects such as new product development, raw material dual sourcing, and process improvement following company's validation process.
- Attend manufacturing trials in operations, documenting and communicating observations to the team.
- Generate raw material specifications.
- Evaluate trial materials through rigorous testing activities to determine their suitability and effectiveness.
- Create new SOPs for manufacturing processes and testing methods as needed.
- Provides technical support to the European Regulatory Affairs team to ensure that Declarations of Conformity are prepared properly.
- Support in generating Bill of Materials in the ERP system.
- Carry out Risk Assessments for new chemical substances which are intended to be used in the company's facility.
- Educated to Degree Level (BSc or MSc in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials engineering or similar).
- Experience of > 5 years working in an industrial environment - essential
- Knowledge of plastic processing would be beneficial.
