    Description

    MERJE are working with a leading financial services' business who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their fast growing team.

    Lead with implementing and maintaining the compliance framework and associated documentation.

    Lead in the drafting, reviewing, and updating of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring documentation of compliance tasks and decisions.

    Maintain processes and controls ensuring their compliance with key regulations and legislations.
    Lead with the creation and performance of controls related to the business.
    Support with the communication to the business functions of ongoing key updates related to reviews.

    Lead with the undertaking of focused and thematic reviews and testing including the Compliance Annual Plan, agreeing findings, and issuing monitoring reports to the business.

    Conduct regular compliance assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations impacting the business

    Lead with the preparation of management information (MI) for the Head of Compliance to include in monthly MI, and compliance committee reporting around compliance monitoring activity undertaken.

    Experience drafting Compliance policies and procedures
    Strong FCA regulatory knowledge
    Strong financial services experience
