    • Prepareand develop client's capital expenditure budgets and forecasts forprojects for entry in the Rolling Capital Plan.
    • Regularly maintain and review information inRolling Capital Plan: prepare monthly recommendations to the GlobalLeadership team and PGO Leads.
    • Reviewand cha l lenge cost estimates provided bytier 1 suppliers, against benchmarks, Service Agreements etc.
    • Overseeexpenditure and review tier 1 supplier's cost management activities.
    • Reviewmonthly Cost Reports and Project Status Reports (PSRs), and makerecommendations on best practice cost management.
    • Review,challenge, improve and direct cost management processes provided by tier 1suppliers.
    • Regularlyliaise with the global team with a view to ensure global consistency.
    • Driveconsistency and data integrity.
    • Liaisewith finance to track P+L impact of projects, and track assets underconstruction to ensure timely and accurate financial close-out, capitalisation and depreciation of project spend.
    • Collation of new cost data and use of client'shistoric cost data for benchmarking – Furthermore, the accuracy of theinitial budget should be assessed at the end of each project as part ofthe project close out process.
    • Generate analysis to compare benchmarking dataagainst other similar institutions using CBRE internal data.
    • Day-to-dayuse of the clients Project Management Database to review cost reportinginformation inputted by tier 1 suppliers and ensuring budgets are accurateand up to date with all approved variations.
    • Performhigh level commercial reviews on all projects and perform audits of costunderspend/escalation on projects including reviewing Risk Registers,Change Control Log, Value Creation Log etc.
    • Establish interfaces and liaisewith client stakeholders, e.g. Security and IT to better prepare andtrack the project budgets / pipeline across the region.
    • Preparationof accurate, timely, and complete reports to the client.
    • To perform additional duties which may be required from time totime as required.

    • Abilityto motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management,and client groups to take desired action. Ability to solve advancedproblems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
    • Excellentclient relationship, communication, and facilitation skills.
    • Intermediateto advanced level in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills, confident and experienced in dealing with stakeholdersof all levels.
    • Ateam player that interacts effectively with colleagues and clients.
    • Stronganalytical and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload with an attention todetail and willingness to complete projects.
    • Abilityto work independently with minimal supervision when necessary.
