- Following the overarching brand strategies, lead wholesale team in market preparation and execution
- Manage wholesale coordinator and potentially collaborate with external showroom partnerships
- In collaboration with Commercial Director, create and further develop target list to achieve brand growth
- Support on seasonal strategy for each market
- Market research, forecasting and analysis
- Attend sales meetings and product trainings for each market collection
- In person and virtual markets throughout the year with an evolving sales calendar – potential travel to New York, Paris and/or Milan fashion weeks
- Support production of sales campaigns including showroom rental and all needs of a successful market
- With support of coordinator, wholesale order entry for close of books, reorders and RA's
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to make sure wholesale orders are fulfilled
- Streamline communications with any external showroom partnerships in the short or long term
- Ensure a high level of customer service both written and verbal across all company communications
- In collaboration with Commercial Director, strategize opportunities for off-site events and off price as necessary to support the brands
- Oversee key WHS accounts ST% reports for trade and merch ST% for best sellers – seasonal analysis and in dept reports as requested by the business
- Attend design and merch meetings to lead wholesale feedback from existing business
- Prepare various presentations for the business on all brands
- Frequent local London store visits – potential travel to wholesale accounts worldwide – lead both in person and virtual product trainings
- Support during brand events both in showroom and external locations
- Mentor and teach members of a growing wholesale team
- Collaborate with all departments in the business and across all brands in the group
- 7+ years minimum wholesale experience
- Global wholesale contacts within the industry including buyers across department stores and specialty boutiques; marketplace and off-price a plus
- Proven team management skills
- Excellent communication, planning, project management skills
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Enthusiastic and a positive attitude
- A pro-active team player
- Great working in a fast paced environment and prioritizing multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel, Zedonk, Shopify and JOOR a plus Strong analytical skills
