    Ardgowan Hospice is a compassionate place of care for people living in Inverclyde who have been diagnosed with alife-limiting illness, such as cancer, heart failure, lung disease, kidney failure or neurologicalconditions.

    To develop, manage and deliver a successful and sustainable Fundraising Plan that achieves
    reliable income through an annual programme of fundraising activities from a variety of sources.
    This postholder will lead income streams on all aspects of Fundraising but will have a focus on CommunityFundraising

    The Fundraising Officer is expected to work with theFundraising Manager to set the annual fundraising budget and income target and will be expected to deliverincome targets within the agreed budget.

    The role will also involve recruiting, supporting, training andworking with volunteers and liaising with external partners.

    The role involves keeping up to date withdevelopments in the sector and, in particular, with fundraising legislation and regulation, ensuring allfundraising activities are compliant and delivered in line with Ardgowan Hospice policies and code ofconduct.

    Identify, create and develop opportunities for new fundraising and donor recruitment, retentionand development activities to increase fundraising income.

    The postholder will be required to work somenights and weekends as and when required to conduct talks within the community and support with hospice andcommunity events.

    Engage with Community groups, schools, businesses and all other aspects of communityto drive fundraising activity in the local area
    Monitor and evaluate the performance of fundraisingactivities.
    Organise and manage fundraising activity and event logistics for hospice-led events that youare leading on.

    Accurately capture and maintain supporter data and information held on Raisers Edge incompliance with hospice policy and data protection legislation, ensuring regular data cleansing activities areundertaken to improve the quality of data held.

    Work with the Fundraising team to ensure brandconsistency across all fundraising activities is achieved and that all opportunities to showcase the work of theorganisation are optimised.

    This postholder must be able to drive and have the use of a car as this is acommunity-based post.

    This job exists in order to provide tailored support to veterans carrying out woodworking projects. Youwill work alongside the veterans to identify abilities, share ideas and plan projects within the activityCentre.

    Options Fife Respite and Outreach provides a range of flexible support through outreach and overnight short breaks atweekends, evenings and school holidays to children and young people with complex learning disabilities andautism.

    We offer a high-quality child centred service providing positive and enabling experiences for the youngpeople, supporting them through the challenges and complexities that enable them to work towards theirindividual outcomes and personal goals.

    We work closely with families and other professionals in providingsupport tailored around the child's plan.

    We are looking to recruit two Young People's Worker Nights, working four nights on (10 hours per night) every secondweek.

    You will play a fundamental role in ensuring that the young people you work with have the best possibleexperience in working towards their objectives in line with their care plan, supporting children to progresswithin their individual outcomes.

    We support young people who have epilepsy, need personal care and need gastrostomy feeding. Aberlour, inconjunction with NHS, provides all staff with training.
