As the Finance Business Partner, you'll be the go-to person for the Head of Finance, keeping everything on track and making sure things run like clockwork.
Send out monthly P&Ls and coordinate meetings with other business support areas.Collaborate with senior management providing ad hoc analysis and reporting to help manage cases, finances, and capacity.
Jump in with commentary and recommendations whenever required to support key business decisions.
Stay on top of everything - be proactive in helping department heads run their departments smoothly.
Work on the annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and weekly financial and KPI reporting.
Support the CFO, Finance Director, and Heads of Department with everything related to refinancing, including data gathering, analysis, and consolidation.
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Professional certification in Accounting or Finance.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A salary up to £44k + discretionary bonus of 6% paid annually
