My client near Portsmouth is looking for an Account Executive.

My client is a very reputable educational organisation, based on the outskirts of Portsmouth.

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* To build and develop relationships with employers, sector groups and organisations within the region. * To ensure college growth targets are met * To be responsible for ensuring opportunities for growth are maximised. * To adhere to and understand principles of the college and principles of curriculum delivery. * To act as a point of contact for employers, providing comprehensive guidance and support. * To be responsible for administering and processing paperwork and complete appropriate documentation as required * To provide excellence in Customer Service and communication, this involves customer contact via the telephone, in person and in writing * Work in an organised manner ensuring information is complete, timely and accurate * To comply with departmental and external rules, regulations and funding guidance Quality, Standards and Compliance: Continuous Improvement. * To participate in and attend fortnightly 1:1 meetings to receive feedback, discuss performance and recognise achievements * To attend and participate in monthly team meetings * To work as part of the team to create an inspiring environment with an open communication culture * To encourage, support and engage with all members of the team working to achieve goals and priorities within a positive, developmental and inclusive team culture.

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate will have some exposure to Sales, where this is and in what context, they are flexible. Could be from a relevant role, a sales lead position, recruitment or even retail.Also people with a strong customer service background looking to make the next step would also be considered.
