    Description
    Music wouldn't exist without the work of songwriters, composers and publishers. The Business Analyst's role is to elicit, analyse, document, and validate the business needs of stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the business and technology solutions they need.

    They play a crucial role on a project or programme supporting both the project or programme team and the business.

    They engage in a project from initiation to closure. The Business Analyst will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good solution decisions. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project or programme's understanding of business requirements.
    Our Transformation team is responsible the delivery of our ambitious transformation portfolio.

    Our transformation portfolio includes a wide range of initiatives involving systems, process and people change, focusing on ensuring that colleagues have the right information, tools, knowledge and support to work in new ways.

    This may involve identifying opportunities for improvement, developing new processes and procedures, implementing new technologies or systems, and providing training and support to ensure that all stakeholders are prepared to adapt to the changes.

    As our Business Analyst, some of your day to day duties will include:
    Provide recommendations for process improvement initiatives based on data analysis, feedback and business requirements
    Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritise collected requirements
    Review and validate solution designs and implementation plans with both business users and technical teams. Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; Plan and manage business analysis activities across multiple projects
    Evaluate viable solutions and feed back to the project team and suppliers where necessary on issues found
    Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, and verification
    Ability to translate workflows into 'as is' and 'to be' process maps / plans using appropriate modelling techniques and perform gap analysis

    Experienced at overseeing the design of solutions and services from initiation to closure, across all the phases within a project journey.

    Ability to create business cases and business requirements documents and UML diagrams.
    Understanding of application development and SDLC (software development life cycle) concepts
    Previous experience of evaluating and monitoring of deliverables and supporting go to market capabilities.
    Previous experience supporting the business in their User Acceptance Testing and training
    Business Analysis e.g., BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, Six Sigma, BPMN2.We believe that diversity of thought and experience provides the platform for innovation and creativity
