    Facilities Manager (Central London)


    Type:
    Full-time, permanent position


    Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (Flexibility required)

    We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a prominent centre in Central London.

    This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities, providing a safe, efficient, and professional environment for our users.

    If you have a track record of meticulous property management and a passion for operational excellence, join us in shaping the future of our facilities.

    Oversee health and safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and manage safety procedures.


    • Manage and develop a team of Facilities Support Assistants, overseeing daily operations.
    • Handle routine maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely resolution of facilities-related issues.
    • Manage documentation and record-keeping for all building maintenance and safety checks.
    • Support the Centre Manager with various operational and strategic tasks to improve service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
    Proven experience in facilities or property management, preferably within a corporate or commercial setting.


    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, RICS, or equivalent) highly regarded.
    • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
